When you book a tour, we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, and, if applicable, your pickup location (hotel or address). If you pay by card, payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider — we don't store your full card details.
2. What we use your information for
- Coordinating and confirming your booking.
- Sending your confirmation, reminders, and receipts by email or WhatsApp.
- Contacting you if there are changes to your tour (for example, due to weather).
3. Who we share your information with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with providers necessary to operate your booking (payment processor, and local island guides/operators who need your name and traveler count).
4. Your rights
You can request that we correct or delete your contact information by messaging us on WhatsApp.
