Cancellation Policy

1. Free cancellation

You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 72 hours before your tour date or overnight arrival, and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Cancellations within 72 hours

Cancellations requested with less than 72 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, since resources (transport, guide, island spot) are already committed by that point.

3. How to cancel

To cancel or modify your booking, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll process your request as quickly as possible.

4. Weather-related rescheduling

If a tour is cancelled due to weather or safety conditions outside your control, we'll offer a free reschedule or a full refund.
